Bird Attracting Action Camera: Quaira
A proof-of-concept bird action camera fusing sound and photography into a single experience. The camera unit functions as a bird call connected to an egg-shaped handle via a cord. Swinging it in forests or woods attracts wild birds while capturing unique perspective footage.
Design & Concept Highlights
Bird-Call Camera Unit — Generates natural bird call sounds through air
resistance when spun, attracting birds by lowering their alertness.
Egg-Shaped Handle & Cord System — An ergonomic egg-shaped grip
connected via cord allows safe, intuitive centrifugal swinging of the
camera.
3D Conceptual Design — Reimagines wildlife photography beyond
conventional utility, visualizing a unique interactive experience
through 3D CG product design.
